National Enterprise Systems

I'm a college student and I don't work, I just go to school full time. I've sent the credit card company money every time I got paid while I was working. Now I have explained to them my situations and for some reasons National Enterprise Systems calls me all times of day and nights from numbers such as 1-555-5599 or some other number that I can't call back. They leave messages threatning to sue me and to take away everything I own. They called me and I try to explain to them and one guy named John Garcia told me that i need to find a way to pay them and I tried to explain and he said, Fine we'll take Legal actions and hung up in my face, That was very unprofessional of them. SO What can/should I do?

National Enterprise Systems is a collection agency calling you up for an outstanding debt. I think that the OC has sold them your account. If you do not pay them off, they may sue you to the court and bring judgment against you either to garnish your bank account or your wage. However, they cannot take away everything as they claim. Did they send you any collection letter?
