I was reading up on Statue of limitations last night, and I have a question. If have a rental (broken LEASE)on my credit from North Carolina,where I lived for a year (SOL is 3 yrs), and I now live in NY, do I go by the SOL in NC or NY? NY is 6 yrs. Would I be able to use this to have it removed from my CR?
