PDL Ventures sending me threating emails. What should I do?

They have been calling me and threatening me with jail. I have had enough of these people since I don't have a loan with them. I am calling the FBI fraud dept.

Best advice is to file a formal complaint with your AGs office, I will tell you that this company HATES to be contacted by a consumer's state AG office. Do that, and I bet you in no time they settle with you and the harassment stops.

Do you have any information on PDL Ventures, a payday loan service. They are a Native American owned company operating on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation and pursuant to the Laws of the Tribe and the Indian Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution.

PDL Ventures payday loans called me and they say that they have my information and they could lend me $300. I have been looling for a payday in the internet. I live in Rochester, NY

Is the only state PDL TEchnologies can loan money to people in Montana?

They can loan to almost all states except Ohio, Georgia, Utah, West Virginia, Colorado, and Maryland- I think.

i got a loan from pdl loan for 300 and sent me an email stating that they will be taking out 90 dollars for the finace charges or i can call customer service and gave me there number and when i called the number it tells you there hours and says goodbye i was icalling in the time that they were there and noone picks up the phone to talk to you

This company is horrible. I would not recommend getting a payday loan through PDL Ventures. I replied to their automatic response with the given (Email us at: "support@impactsolutiononline.com".) It was returned to me with this message "Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain." This company is very unprofessional. I am afraid they will use my info and put funds in the account with out my signature.

I filled out the paperwork and received an email from them saying I needed to call and verify the information before I could get the money. I haven't been able to call, and I tried to use the "support@impactsolutiononline.com" link too and it came back undeliverable.

I suggest you cancel the loan ASAP!! it will do more harm than good if you cannot pay them off within 2 weeks!

They told me that they would take a payment out this past week and haven't. I held for an hour and then got hung up on.

I don't know what else to do, except stop pay on the whole thing and wait for collections to call me so I can pay this off. Would that be a felony since with fees its $390?

On July 9, 2009 the BBB spoke to a representative of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. They advised the Chippewah Cree Business Committee may be contacted to address any concerns consumers have regarding their transaction with PDL Ventures. One may contact them at, 406-395-4282.

Unless you have the name of a specific person, the Chippewah said they could not help me and i got hung up on. I am just taking the advice and will close my bank account

When dealing with PDLs owned and operated by the native tribes it seems to be the best thing to just close your bank account. Secure your funds because if not they will keep drafting and in some cases it didnt matter that they were drafting even more than what was owed. They are being investigated by the FBI, BBB, and FTC for improper business practices. They do not have a license to lend. But yet when someone defaults on a loan owed to them the endless harassment and threats begin.

This company originally seemed legitimate in loaning me $500 but now they are fraudulently taking money from my bank acct. and I cannot contact them. I put a fraud alert on my bank account and I would never use them again! They have cost me over $700 in overdrawn bank fees!

The best course of action is to close your bank account and secure your funds.

Find out if they are a legal PDL. Then call them to set up alternate extended payment plans (EPPs). If they are not legal you only owe them then original principal amount borrowed.

does anyone have a contact number for PDL Ventures they gave me a pdl in june and have been trying to contact them to pay off and numbers are giving a busy signal but they have their automated computer still re-couping the $90 fee for the loan ....I am taking the advice from someone else that posted and closing the account cause this is ridiculous

Yes close you account asap. I have a loan with them. I paid it in full. 4 week latter they just took 520 from my bank account and now I cant get thur to them. I will take 45 days to get my money back.

I took a loan with them (goodtimecash.com) months ago & paid them off in full my last payday which was 7/16/09 - even requested they take the final payment all at once which was a total of $195 on an initial loan of $300 ($390 with interest) - here I am 2 weeks later (7/31/09) & they took the $195 out of my account again! I've been calling the c/s # and it stays busy - tried to fax - busy - tried to email - returned. I am disputing it with my bank & they will return the money to my acct since it is unauthorized & I have no current contract with them to take anymore money but I have to wait for 2 business days after the payment clears (shows pending right now) - funny that they received the fax for me to tell them to do a payoff 2 weeks ago but now I can't get thru at all. My guess is they keep getting run out of every state they are in since this one was in Nevada - My bank even suggested I close my account and reopen a new one. So now I will incur late fees on the rent bc I can't get this money back into my account until sometime next week. *sigh*
