Ok....what state are you in and when was the last payments on these accounts? If they are out of SOL you can sent them a FOAD letter and tell them to pound dirt.

Since you are in Wisconsin, the laws of that state prevail.
Wisconsin has a 6 year SOL on credit card accounts as does Arizona...California is 4.
In other words they can no longer sue you....well they can try but your defense will be that the debt is outside the SOL.
FOAD....F*** off and Die!!

He has an account for Triad financial (auto loan) that repo'ed in 2005 and in 2007 we won a judgement against them having the suit discharged but on his report they are saying that they can not locate individual. Have copies of the court judgement and dismissal of claims. How can I nail them to a wall for slander? Being that the court dismissed all charges they have committed slander, right? How to proceed.
I love the FOAD approach because that takes care of 20,000 of debt. Now only $15,000 more to go.
Hooray for the little guys with big guns thanks to CDC community!!!!

No such thing as slander in credit reporting.
Ok....they won a judgement against you or you against them? Suits are generally dismissed...discharged is a BK term. A court dismissing all charges is generally good for whoever is being sued.
Dismissed case
They filed suit and we responded and with the evidence I presented they were not awarded any money and it was a dismissed case. Now they are saying that they can not locate my husband & it still showing a $16,000 debt on his report. How do I proceed to get this off his CR. If I dispute and it comes back verified who do I go after? The CRA or Triad. Can I get it off his report being that it was dismissed? I thought once cherges were dismissed you couldn't collect on them anymore but as of March of 2009 they were still trying according to his CR.

If the debt is over 7 years old (correct me if I am wrong) you will need to contact the credit reporting agencys to have them remove it (they do not work for you! they work for the banks!). You will not be too lucky with experian since they went private.....
Not owing debt & having it marked as paid
I thought if information is being reported incorrectly it has to be corrected. The judge found that we did not owe the money because they sold the vehicle which covered the debt but they still wanted to collect from us(go figure). Being that we do not owe the debt shouldn't it be marked as paid. Just trying to get this large debt taken care of on his report.
