Unfortunately, they are not easy to get rid of, like zombies. You may end up having to change your number but it's worth a C&D first.
Have they been harassing any of your references?
You can send them a C&D letter, but also take note on the times
You can send them a C&D letter, but also take note on the times they call. Sometimes they mess up and call you too early and nail them on that. Also tell them to send you something in writing. They wanted me to give them my info when I told them to send me a letter, I told them no, they already had my info and they can send me the letter and do not call until you send the letter. I haven't heard from them since.
