Any one familiar with Merchants Credit Guide Co..?

Got a notice the other day from this place.
State they represent everyones favorite
place - lvnv funding llc.

How bad is this place for violating the law?
Things like:
Threats
Impersonation of law officer etc
Swearing/obscene language
Failure to validate
And anything else they willingly do wrong!!

I just got a letter from a Merchants Credit Guide Co.
Stating they're trying to collect for their "client"
LVNV llc. I'm gonna send a DV letter back, CM-RRR, requiring validation of claim. But, I also want to let them know how bad their "client" violates the laws.

If folks who have dealt with LVNV would send me the violations they have experienced, I would appreciate it!! Will organize the info and send. Violations only, names etc not needed.
Intend to let Merchants know that their "client" wrong doings are well known and highly published the information is!! :twisted: :twisted:

And as a result, I refuse to deal with a company
that is this bad. And also because I've never done business with said company(ies).
