Anyone dealt with WFNNB/Victorias Secret, Express, Limited?

I'm just not sure how to go about contacting the OC's in this case, since they obviously charged them off, but there is no record of who the debts were sold to.
Any advice?

Sorry for the bad news! WFNNB-EXPRESS is really a money sucker. Spoke to them about waiving my late fee, which was charged as I have not received the bill on time. Was ready to pay them online or over the phone, but they charged $10 for that transaction. I mistakenly paid for Limited over the phone and landed paying $10 extra. Now I am dealing with WFNNB-EXPRESS to remove the finance they charged on my late fee. Call BBB!

I kind of had the same problem. I made a payment over the phone and the person transposed the bank account numbers. It did not go through--(they never notified me of the problem). When I received the next bill stating I was delinquent, I called. They straightened it out, put the payment ($80.00) back through with the corrected numbers and did another payment of $40.00 and stated they would waive the late charge fees . They stated they would also waive the express payment fees as a courtesy.
Next bill comes and I was charged the $20.00 express payment fees, plus late charge fees, and the available credit was reduced to $0.--which meant they closed the credit card!!
I have no idea what happened but after seeing the charges they make to my account I can live without their credit card--only used it to buy my daughter her Victoria's Secrets bra's, and I can use any reputable credit card to do that.
Something is wrong with a company like this, you would think they would like to do business in this economy!!

Okay, so I made some purchases at Victoria Secret before halloween, and the cashier kept hasseling me about getting the card, so I accepted. BUT, the thing is, I bought the items using MY visa card not the victoria secret card, so now I'm getting calls from WFNNB saying that I owe them $115....I don't have it...

I recently worked for Alliance Data, alais WFNNB.m They insist on collectors pushing the $10 fee for payments posting the sameday. I only worked less than 3 weeks because most of the people I had to deal with were retire or diabled and on limited income and the blood suckers were hitting them with so many fees it was not right and I could not push the fees for a bonus, that's why the fees, all about the bonus. Get rid of your cards and close your accounts, you do not want to be mix up with WFNNB.

I have had a terrible time trying to straighten out an Express bill with WFNNB. They made a mistake when I paid the bill and I have been trying to get them to fix the problem for 5 months. They tell me it is fixed and two weeks later send another bill. I closed the account but can not get them to show a zero balance for more than a week. It gets fixed and then one of their employees buts a balance back on. I am frustrated and do not know who I can go to go to a supervisor!!
