I got a call on the 23 from Mr. Richard Beecham. Stating I owed Platimun B Services 521.50 for a Payday Loan.
I have done Payday loans in the past and have all of them taken care of.

Is this company legit. the call back number he gave me was 866-225-4872, I aske dhim to send me proof of the loan and I would call him back to sent up payment arrangements. I never got anything.

Any info you have would be great.

Do you have proof of the payments made on these loans? You should search for it and keep in safe place. You might need it later.

Now, send a debt validation letter to the company at their mailing address. They need to give you the specific details on this account. If they are unable to give you any details and have reported with the bureaus, you have to dispute with them so that you are able to prevent your credit worthiness.

Debt validation is a very important weapon that should be properly used at this situation. Read this page for more knowledge about it.

Put everything in writing so that you have proof of your actions being taken.

I can't even find on my bank statement a Platinum B Services. I asked him for a letter showing the debt. I have even tried to call the number back and either get a recording or a busy signal. So I am not sure where to mail a letter to. I looked on line and in my e-mail for anything that had to do with the Platinum Services adn I can not find anything.

Ok, be firm with the debt validation request with this company. Check the other pages on Interstate Wire Compliance Bureau in this forum. You will realize that they are not into good business activities.

If this is a legitimate company though I highly doubt, they will give you their mailing address. Once they send you any information on this account, you have the legal rights to dispute if you are uncertain about it. Let them give you the details first. Be sure to send it certified with return receipt requested.

I called them and spoke to a Mr. BA Wisenburg he hung up on me after I continued to push for the information. he said this company ( Platinum)sent me that letter on Oct.18 to my e-mail I have seen nothing.
But the man for Interstate did not call me until 11/23/2005. The refuse to send me anything. After he hung up I called back and another man said he was on the phone could he help me and I explained since they could not send me any information could he give me the phone number to the Platinum Serivces they refused to do that. Told me I knew I had took out the loan they had forwarded my information back to the Platinum Services and they would get my attention since I was in denile.

Have you checked your latest credit report? Is this item reported under their collection name? I assume they won't report as they are doing illegitimate business. You might have understood from their responses.

I have never heard Platinum B using a different name of their business.
