My lawyer and I can't find who holds my judgment, however it expires soon (Nov 11th). So if my judgment doesn't get renewed by the expiration date, whats the likly outcome if I petition the court to satisfy the judgment based on payment already rendered?

P.S. The company that I was sending payments to said the debt was recalled by the debtor, but the debtor hasnt been Identified, so how am I to get it dismissed/resolved, if I can't find out who has it.

Also, how am I going to get a home loan, if I cant get it dismissed/satisfied. The judgment is not on my credit report and hasn't been for years. I have A1 credit and a good job with the federal government.

If the judgment expires, it is over and done with.

It was recalled by the creditor....YOU are the debtor. The company you were sending the payment to, they dont know who they were collecting on? Have you looked it up online on the court docket??

You do not have A1 credit if you have a judgment. The mortgage company will easily find the judgment and it will lower your score.

I do have A1 credit, the judgment was taken off my CR several years ago. That was the only thing negative on it. Also, if it expires and they can't collect, than how does that effect my credit rating? They can't 'put' anything on my CR. The company the company that had the original debt recalled it, but my lawyer cant seem to find/get a response from them or the law firm who was collecting on it.
