Does anyone have any experience with a 'Secondary Credit Number' or it's sometimes called a 'Credit Profile Number'? I know someone who knows someone that recently paid $400 to get this number which allows you to establish a new credit history. I tried researching and found sites that say is legal as long as you don't use for any government reporting. I found other sites that say NO it's not.

I'd appreciate any info.
Thanks!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! You could be charged and prosecuted for mail or wire fraud if you use the mail, telephone, or Internet to apply for credit and provide false information. The only way possible is to operate as a business, but even then, creditors will want your personal info also, so they can come after you if the business fails.
..
This appears to be a new scam. I found one post about it on an attorney site, the rest appear to be only sites that are hawking this scam which will land you in Federal Court!

??????????
Clearly FRAUD! That person paid $400 to see the inside of a courthouse! And I don't think that there are any free peanuts!
..
This is as bad as applying for credit in tha name of your cat!
