Hi:
I have a loan with Whistler Holding and today 16
months later they continue to do payments. I want to know what can I do to stop the payments. The loan was for $300.00 and I pay $3060.00. Please help me with this problem.
Thanks for your help.

Take the help of your bank in this matter. If the debits done by Whistler Holding are unauthorized, your bank can dispute them with the company. If they are unable to verify the transaction, the money will be reverted back to your account. Remember to have everything documented in case you might need to prove your dispute later.

Ilka,

If you still need help, you must contact the loan company and tell them you want to pay off the entire loan...then they will take out the principal and probably one more interest payment and the account will be closed. Someone on this site posted a number for xpresscash which is supposed to be tied to whistler: 1-800-757-0122...also, 1-800-351-8820 and 1-800-493-3380.

God bless you

Go to the bank and tell them they unauthorized withdrawals. This company goes under so many different payday company names, and came into my account a year and taken $360 I almost hit the floor when the amount out of the blue. They came into the account under a different name and could not show authorization for that withdrawal and my bank put the money back and went after them,It ruins it for other payday loans.
