Other than paying them off. They have collected 1080.00 from me on a 300.00 loan and refuse to call it quits, without me paying them the 300.00 originally borrowed.

Is there very many people from Washington state here? Im going to legaslation in January to help pass a bill to cap the payday loan stores at 36%. I have some people going with me that have been through the payday loans so what i need is letters from people that i can show to the finacial commitee to show there is a problem in Washington state with payday loans.
