I am in the same boat...can't find any information on this company. Need to pay off balance but not sure how.

call 1-800-351-8820 something is shady about this company. I applied for another loan and they called me at work. They deposited $400 in my account nad said that they would be e-mailing me a form that I nned to fill out to pay on my loan otherwise they would just take out the finance charge each payment date. NEVER received any forms to my e-mail finally traced down the correct websit for them from another forum on this website. The company website is loanpointusa.com That is where I got the number. After I called I fianlly eceived the e-mail. I made the lady stay on the phone until I received it. They are also not pleasant to talk to.

Does anyone have information on this company on 1/7/2008 I got a $300 Dollar payday loan and 2 times a month there taking out $90 a total of $180 a month, they have taken a total of $900 dollar out of my account and I have no way to contact these people,there last withdraw from my account was 5/30/08 I call my bank and I am going in on Monday 6/2/08 to have them put a stop payment on the charges and that is also going to cost me more money to do that,so if there is anyone that can help me please email me at Email address removed for your protection, Shazzers.

i had a really good experience with these people they gave me the money that i needed and im pleased with that plus. They were very pleasant to me on the phone.
