This may be a job to you and you get paid, but some of the people you call dont have a job, and have lost there homes. Its not that we dont want to pay. Wait until the day comes and you have a famliy and trying to struggle with working full time school and kids and your spouse lost there job and see if you can figure out how to pay all the bills yourself,. You do what you got to do to survive. You dont have to be rude and obnoxious, it just makes people hate and and not wanting to deal with another problem in there live!

After 7 months on a 12 month plan, with an automatic payment from my checking account, I called David West of Client Services and asked if they could wait 3 days for the payment so my next paycheck would be deposited. This would allow me to pay several other bills that needed paid. He was very pleasant and he said no problem. He then said let me make a note, and I could here him on the keyboard typing out what was supposed to be a note letting his coworkers know to hold the payment 3 days. The next day the payment came out as normal, and after paying other bills, my account was short, and as a result $212 in insufficient fees were incurred. When I called David West back, his tone wasn't as pleasant and told me if I didn't want to pay I should have had a stop payment on the check. When I told him I was going to check into bankruptcy they dropped the account, and now the mess is even bigger than before dealing with them. To top it off when I called and asked what the deal was, the lady on the other end said have a happy holiday and hung up.

I got my first letter from CSI this past week on a Macy's card... What a joke! Already threatening me with a judgment in a letter. Thank goodness, I know my rights. Thanks, Citibank, for only giving me four months and you are on the ones who dropped the ball not me! I will never do business with you or Macy's again. Terrible companies to work terms out with. Thanks for all the negative feedback here about CSI. If it comes down to a judgment, bankruptcy here I come. I won't pay any CA. CAs are too dishonest.

I have been dealing with them for years now. I want to get this debt paid off but unfortunately things happen. I have worked out a payment plan with them and there's only been 1 instance where they took more than what they were supposed to. I called and got it resolved and they even covered my NSF fees. CitiCards used to send me statements every month but quit. I called not too long ago and of course they wouldn't talk to me so I called CS. The lady who answered sounded like she was at home, no recording or anything like that, and when I asked for a copy of my payment history and balance she told me she couldn't do that. She was RUDE about it too. They are supposed to set up payments with me every 6 months and haven't bothered to, just keep taking it out of the account, same time and same amount. The notice I get the middle of the month reminding me about the upcoming payment looks like someone created it pretty quick. No signature either. No letterhead. I guarantee I could create the exact same thing with no problem. Any suggestions??? I have no problem paying what I owe but I don't I have the right to get that info? I want to make sure it's still legit.

Thanks for all your input, had a job interview there! Seemed a little shady to me. I will not call a customer to be rude to anyone in the same boat I am in. We are all having hard times, we do what we can when we can! THANKS for all the input, I will remain jobless before I take a job as a jerk!

Have been fighting these obnoxious morons for a year. They are trying to collect on a debt we don't owe. They refuse to sign for certified mail or listen to people. We turned Citi Bank over to the Comptroller of the Currency and are in the precess of filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office on Client Services. They both need to be hit with a class action lawsuit.

HI! I've received the letter from CSI. I did not knew who they are, so I did research online and found your forum. I was thinking to call them before I read this, but now I'm not sure if it's a good idea at all. In the letter they saying that I have to reply within 30 days, but they already started to call me and my ex-wife. I do owe money to my credit card, but I'm out of job and simply cannot pay it at this time. Can you please advise what should I do? Thank you in advance!
