I have a phone #1-866-568-5559 and fax of 1-866-8974. Have had a loan for 300.00 with them paid 150.00 in principal and they have been taking out 45.00 forever! I have just defaulted with them and hope they will write this off!

only have a fax number1800-803 8794 and 1800-803-8794. I mailed Daniel a $350 money order on February 10, 2010, as a settlement payoff on $200 loan. April 9, 2010 the $350 money order was returned. According to the postage note the payment was "short of payment". Weird, yes and the mail had not been opened. After reading these complaints, I guess I am ahead of the fraud game. My bank account was closed for the same reasons other victims have mentioned about Daniel and Huskhawk Group tapping into accounts. However, I am now receiving calls from a Mr. Frazier. I only wonder if he is- Daniel. The voice is identical to Daniels'. Anyone have any information about Mr. Frazier? I just want to get rid of this group and possibly avoid negative credit reporting although that seems to be unlikely at this point. Amazing, its 2010, and the scam is still active and stealing.

I know this is an old thread. I got here by trying to find anyone with the same problem. My wife had an account with them, which she closed and set up auto pay through her bank to pay the balance. Even after it was paid off, they still debited her account. She ended up having to close that bank account, and her bank deemed the transactions as fraudulent. Then 6 months later, we get a call from a lawyer saying they are taking her to collections for the full amount she originally had credited because they can't debit from her, now non-existent, bank account. So I tried to get in touch with Huskhawk Group. I tried 3 numbers and only after calling about 10 times did I reach anyone. His name was the same that the BBB lists as the owner (by the way, they have an F rating on the BBB with numerous complaints regarding invalid bank debiting). He said that none of it was paid off. We have bank records and statements verifying that it was paid, including a letter from Huskhawk Group. Which just makes this just a big pain in the butt.
Now we have to deal with lawyers and collections for a debt that doesn't exist. I've complained through the BBB and am considering other legal actions against them. PLEASE don't get a loan through them. It's just not worth it.
