I am also looking for a way to contact huskhawk group. I have a loan from them and I am trying to get it paid off. The number that I have is disconnected and emails to them have been unanswered. What kind of problems have you all had with huskhawk group? Do they continue to take money after the loan has been satisied? I'm just curious about what I have gotten myself in to.

The number I have for them is 1-866-817-5932 and I can never get through. How do you go about paying your cash loan off if you can never get through?

I am having the same problem, I want to pay my loan off and the number that I am calling (1-866-817-5932) is stating to leave a mess. and when it goes to the prop to leave a mess. it states that the mailbox is full and you can leave anymore mess. I am going to document everytime that I call, and I am going to close my acct. out for them to stop taking fees from me, that was their purpose anyway. It is bad to rip people off like that. If anyone have any suggestions, please let me know.

I also have a loan with them. I have closed my checking account due to them taking so much in fees. I don't know how to go about paying them off. Does anyone have a good # or address to contact them?

Like many of you, I have this showing up on my account. The number listed above for them has been disconnected.

They have been taking money from my account for a while and due to a recent change in my paycheck direct deposit, it has been causing some NSFs.

Since I cannot find a way to contact them and I do not wish to close my account, I will be contacting my bank today to put in a stop payment.

For all those who have huskhawk taking funds, this may be the most effective method to take care of it. Your bank may charge a minor fee for a stop payment, but it will be preferable to having these people continually suck money from you.

I'll let you know what happens from here. (as in if I receive a phone call from them once they can no longer rip me off)

LttlDvl, usually a stop payment will not work. These loan companies use many different names. If they see that you have put a stop on one, they will go in under another name, or another amount and clean out your account. The ONLY way to stop them is to close your account. Stop payments just do not work.

Ok, I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Hushhawk to pay off my loan but all the #'s I've tried are "disconnected." I called my bank and put a hold on any funds attempted to be withdrawn from my account. If I don't make my payment, I' sure I'll get a courtesy call from them...it's worth a try. If this works, I'll let you all know. However, if anyone has dealt with them before and successfully paid them off, please post info on how the rest of us can do the same. I've paid about 3 times what I borrowed...so not worth it.

Hi everyone, contrary to what Kashzan said on this site, my stop payment worked...well, sort of. It stopped Hushhawk from withdrawing more money from my account every 2 weeks but it led them to send my loan to a collection agency. I was contacted by a collection agency who asked me to pay what I owed. I did and I no longer have money being taken out of my bank account from Hushhawk!!! All I had to do was tell the collection agency when I wanted them to withdraw the money I "borrowed" and they did what Hushhawk does, only, they took out what they said was going to be taken and nothing more. I was given a legitimate phone #, (which I called bofore providing them with my information) and that was that. I was told that I could settle and pay less than what I owed or pay the entire amount. As with any other debt you settle with though, you run the risk of it showing on your credit report as a settlement. Not really a good thing. It shows you can't pay your debt as agreed and may make it harder to be approved for larger loans, i.e. car loans, personal loans and anything else that requires a credit check. I chose to pay the full amount but I was given the option of paying it in payments. Since I last delt with either of these companies, the loan has not appeared on my credit report. I check my credit report religiously and I'm very satisfied with the way this was handled by the collection agency. Imagine that...

A stop payment may not be the best solution but it worked and was the only option I had besides closing out my account. You could close out your bank account if you'd like, however, if you do, you loose the "history" you've already built with that bank account and have to start all over again with a new account. I was told by my financial advisor that the longer you have a bank account, the better. It shows you are responsible and creditors/lenders are more inclined to do business with you. Of course, try not to be over drawn often if at all as this also helps build a good relationship with your bank and shows financial responsibility. Sometimes your bank is the best place to go for a personal loan as they "know you" and could often give you a larger loan with a lower interest rate. I was informed it's best to go with a credit union, which is what I have. Another reason I chose not to close my account is because I get my checks direct deposited into my account and I'd have to go through the rigomorole of giving all my new bank info to my employer. This was a headache the first time I had to do it and I would rather avoid going through that again. I was also informed that it's a good idea to ask someone with great credit history who has credit cards (with a long history) to add you to their credit card as a second card holder, however, you don't have to gain access to their credit card info or anything like that, you don't even have to be issued a card. What this does is give you all that credit history that person has obtained and increases your credit score. The longer their credit card history the higher your credit score. You only have to ask to be added to one credit card but ask to be added to the one they've had the longest. I've actually done this already and it definately helped my credit score.

Hope this info helps you as it did me. Since I've done all this, I was offered a larger loan with which I paid off my credit cards, medical bills and car note and I only have one monthly payment to worry about and my payment is only $150.00 per month but I choose to pay $250.00 per month. Still, $250.00 per month is far less than what I was paying before.

Good luck to you all and God bless.

The phone number I have for Huskhawk is 866-817-5932 also which is diconnected. This is the number that is provided to my bank everytime they take out their fee.
I faxed Huskhawk at 866-791-8974 back in February to pay off my payday loan completely and they still have not done so. They continue to take out the $75 fee every other week.
I just began doing more research and it seems that this place is in the West Indies. The State of California has issued a "Desist and Refran Order" to Huskhawk.
I am going to my bank to see what I can do.
Good luck to everyone who is dealing with this!

I JUST RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A LOAN, THE MONEY HAS YET TO BE PUT INTO MY ACCT. MY GOD I WISH I HAD DID MY RESEARCH BEFORE I GOT INTO THIS MAYHEM. SO THAT MEANS THAT YOU CANT REPAY THEM TO GET ANOTHER LOAN WHEN YOU FINISH. DOES THE STATES RECOGNIZE THIS AS A INTERNET LOAN SHARK.

I had "daniel' call me to verify information for a loan. When I called back the 1-866-817-5932 # later this afternoon, after getting Kim's voicemail several times, the # has been disconnected.
Has anyone actually recieved a loan from these people?? Should I close my acct. they do have my information.

On 11-12-08, this company called me to verify my info. I took my other phone and called them back to make sure it was a live working number. The number is 1-866-568-5559. Also, call your State Consimer affairs department and ask if the company is registered in your state. If they are not, as in California, the debt can be disputed on those ground and becomes uncollectable by collection agency.

I had a loan with this company and like all of you I could NEVER reach anyone by phone. I ended up faxing them a request to pay my loan off and threatening them with a lawsuit if they did not. The debited my account the next day like I asked and never have dealt with them again. Be Blessed

:D I found it!

Huskhawk Marketing Group
Edith Solomon Building
Po Box 556
Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies

They also do business as the Titan Group, LLC.

Here's another funny point...they are in the same building as the CMG Group, LLC which does business through the FSM Group.

Steer clear of this company. A weird depost showed up in my newly opened account and the funds was immediately withdrawn. My bank immediately closed this account telling me it appeared to be a money laundering weirdness. They tried to track the depositor's acct info and the acct where the funds went to and couldnt. This has been reported to all my credit bureau's, federal trade commission and the attorney general's office as fraud.

866-568-5559 this is the number you guys all want and daniel is the name of the man we are looking for. my wife took a 200 hundred dollar loan in december. they took out 45 every two week. it is now September and they are still pulling. thats well over a thousand dollars. how these bastards sleep at night i dont know. if you have them cancel the bank account and if they threaten you with you need to pay them off then look back at your records see about when you paid off the length of the loan and then tell them to piss off or that you will see them in court. they dont seem to like that.

Believe it or not I sent them them a fax of a money order for a payoff, and they told me they couldn't accept it because they were sending me to collections. I have closed the bank account they were taking 180.00 a month out of for a $300.00 dollar loan. They will never see a penny from me and I'm turning them into Washington State licenseing dept., to see if they have a license to work out of this state. I know they don't have one in California. Going to see what can be done about this. Can't wait to hear from the colletion agency. What's wrong with a LOAN SHARK who won't take your money.
