I am about to have an interview with them tomorrow and they are stating that I am a good candidate. Since reading all the reviews it looks like it is not good at all. Do you ask you for money to work for them? If so I am not happy with that and will not work for them. These guys call me for a creditor card i had back in 1994-95 and said i owe them money but didnt say how much. They also said i had a court date in sept. IF IT SMELLS FUNNY THEN IT IS FUNNY!!!!!!!!! CHICAGO IL.

October 2008--I received a letter from this group and I live in WV. They told me we had a "court date" to get this moeny I owed on my deceased husband's credit card from 10 years ago (prior to my marrying him). They told me they had my driver's license and told me what I looked like. I called the BBB and they pointed me to the identity theft protection group and hte attorney general. Turns out--this group is using my identity and I have been a victim of identity theft due to this supposed group. I am having to file a police report and go through a lot of steps to get this corrected. If it is happening to you--call the AG and identity theft group for your state ASAP!! :P :D

This place is a total rip off. I worked for them for a day a while back and this is a total scam!!! They never paid me either! Their address is 3555 Old Conejo Rd. Newbury Park, CA. It is located in some warehouse, there is actually a junk car parked INSIDE of the building on the sales floor! They boss hick guy cusses and screams on the phone cold calling. They are trying to get people to give them their collection accounts and then what they do it collect on them and keep the money. A really crafty scheme they have going on! I don't even know what the bosses real name was! They are not collectors they are theives! AND they don't even have a business license!!!

Did they contact you in writing 5 days after they called you? If not tell them the next time they call that they violated the fdcpa and that you want their mailing address. If they refuse you can still find it. Send a Cease and desist telling them not to call you anymore and to only contact by mail. If they call harassing you again, sue them.

This company is in fact located in the US, in California actually. They are a "debt collection agency". In reality they are a scam. You will be guaranteed that your money can be gotten for you and if you are actually lucky enough to have your case worked you'll most likely end up being transfered to their litigation department wich they claim to be a completely different company this is where the money actually come in for them. Whatever you do DO NOT accept any offers from them and don't let anyone you know accept any offers.

if they called you asking for the owner or controller theyre trying to sell you thier services they probably wont call you again. they print out pages from yellowpages.com and have a wearhouse of people call these numbers but they just keep going down the list throwing the page away if they dont get a yes.
