If you are staying home, traveling, going out to eat, etc...wont you share with us whats on the menu OR just even your favorite dish around the Thanksgiving table?

We have such a diverse and regional board, it would be neat to see the different types of dishes and culinary traditions we have here on the board.

I BOUGHT TWO TURKEYS BECAUSE WAS ONLY 6,00 AND 7,00
EACH.
THE OTHER ONE I WILL KEEP FOR CHRISTMAS AND MAYBE I'LL BUY ANOTHER TURKEY FOR NEW YEAR BECAUSE I LIKE VERY MUCH TURKEY AND I HAVE TO PUT MORE ONE TURKEY IN MY FREEZE BECAUSE THE PRICE OF TURKEY INCREASED AFTER THANKSGIVING.
MY HUSBAND AND ME LOVE VERY MUCH TURKEY AND I PREPARED THE FIRST TURKEY TODAY AND I PUT THE TURKEY IN THE REFRIGERATOR WITH A LOT OF GARLIC,OLIVE OIL,VINEGAR AND WITH BREAD CRUMBS INSIDE AND RAISINS.TOMORROW I WILL PUT THE TURKEY IN THE OVEN FOR MANY HOURS.
I WILL MAKE A POTATO SALAD EITHER.
I'LL BUY ICE CREAM OR CHEESE CAKE LATER.
I GO TO SEE IF I BUY A WINE WITHOUT ALCOHOL BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WANTS WINE AND HE CANNOT DRINK ALCOHOL.
IT IS ONLY ME ,MY HUSBAND AND GOD HERE IN MY HOUSE FOR THANKSGIVING.

MY FAMILY ALWAYS CALL ME AND MY HUSBAND HERE.
MY HUSBAND HAVE A VERY BIG FAMILY IN MIAMI AND THEY
NEVER CALL HIM.
MY BROTHER IN LAW(HIS ONLY BROTHER) TOLD MY BROTHER THAT I STAY WITH MY HUSBAND BECAUSE I'M CRAZY LIKE HIM.
I THINK IS BETTER TO BE CRAZY LIKE ME AND CARE ABOUT MY HUSBAND THAN BE NORMAL LIKE THEM.

Wow, everything everyone has mentioned so far sounds sooooo good!

May I just say that the worst part of Thanksgiving is having all this wonderful food, stacking big mounds of it on your plate, stuffing your face with it until you're miserable then realizing you missed some stuff?? Ha ha! Happens to me every year! Then a few hours later, round two begins with the stuff I missed the first time, and of course some desert, then the miserable-ness sets in again! :)

We're having a mostly traditional dinner:

Turkey (don't know yet if my sister is baking it or if her husband will fry it)
Ham
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Stuffed Mushrooms
Corn Bake (reg & creamed corn, sour cream, butter & corn muffin mix)
Pickle Wraps and a Veggie Tray
Homemade Buns
Candied Yams
Pistachio Salad
Pumpkin Desert

Oh, my stomach hurts just thinking about it! Ha ha!

I wish all of you a WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING!!!
