I received your letter dated October 14, 2005, a few days ago. I do not have this money available at this time. I am currently unemployed, I am currently looking for a job. Would it be possible to set up a pmt plan? Your not the only collections after me. I owe $1600. to Federal Government and $1100. to California Franchise Tax. As you can see I'm in deep kimpshee here. I'm not egnoring you, I need a pmt plan, please.

These morons break section 807 of the fdcpa by saying suit, litigation, and file # on a frequent basis...I am not paying them, I am suing them. THEY can pay my bill.
