I applied for this card, it states that as long as you have a checking account your automatically approved, but when I applied they said I was declined, they state they don't don't check credit, but I looked at my credit report and they did. Anyone know anything about this and have contact number for them.

Just punch a bunch of fake numbers and eventually you get through to an Indian/Arabian. They offered me a 300 dollar credit limit with 270 in fees. Now I can spend 30 dollars before I max out.

I havenot heard anything from this credit card and I am kind of leery. They still have my account number and when you call them no one knows anything. I even talked to one of there supervisors. Nothing. I wish I'd never applied to this card. It also stated in my email that they would only take 150 dollars in fees. I am really pissed. Help!

Sweett, write a letter to the company for canceling your account. Get the acknowledgement in writing after your request has been fulfilled. You must stick to your move till the account is closed and you are notified in writing. It's not worth dealing with a company like this who has been scamming people all around.

I just got my card in the mail. I applied only one week ago. They charged the $4.95 processing fee about 3 days after applying. I can start using it on thursday so I'll let you know how it goes.

by the way... that's my reply above... i was only charged one hundred dollars in fees. so i'll have 200 dollars in credit available It seems like they have different programs depending on what link to the site you hit. Check the terms and conditions before applying and it will show you the rate you are getting.

I do not know if it is too late, however, I received this card back in febuary and have not had any problems with it. I made all of my monthly payments on timem and to my supprise this month, I got a $100 credit limit increase. When I got the card 150 was available from the 150 balance. I can definately reccommend this card for someone rebuilding their credit as I can confirm they do report to the credit bureaus.

Thanks,

Jeff

You go to myimaginecard.com and register to gain access to your account info. I've had this card for three months, so far I have no complaints. They are reporting me as they said they would to the credit bureaus each month. Thank goodness, this is helping me bring up my credit score. I think I read somewhere that somebody thought they don't do a credit check, but they checked mine and it showed up as an inquiry on my reoprt.

Does anyone know how to get thru to customer services. the number I called 888 408 6572,prompts you to enter you social security number or your credit card no.,It doesnt recognize my social, and I dont have a credit card no with them yet. over 2 mos ago, this bank request some personal information from me, in which I sent, and 2 mos later, I have yet to hear anything back in way of approval, denial, etc. I call 866 438 6572,and the people I reach, tell me they dont have access to that information, and to call 888 408 6572,I told them what happens, and their response is not to push any prompts. I tried that method 8 times and the call just disconnects after 8 mins. I need help in reaching these people(customer service). Can anyone Help?

Your reply has nothing to do with my question. Is there no way of getting a online billing account? I am not concerned with point or counceling.

I just applied for the card and against my better judgement did not check out the company until after I was approved and sent in my bank information. I am now scared beyond comprehension. I am going to stop my application immediately! Any suggestions as to how I should go about doing this and any suggestions of good credit cards to help build your credit?

When I applied for this card it took them awhile to take the $4.95 from my account. If it said you were approved then you were. I think it was close to 2 weeks before they took the money and then a total of 3 weeks before I got the card. I then had to make my initial payment of $20, if you do it by phone they will tell you what date you can start using the card. Some people have had problems with them, but I haven't. Only problem is customer service doesn't speak very good English and that is frustrating.

I applied for this card and was approved. They have already taken the money out of my checking account for the 4.95 fee. It has been about a week. I am scared because some of the posts have been really negative. but we all have to remember that it's everyone's own personal experience. Meaning that some people might not be telling the whole story or the company could just be making some major screw ups. I'll find out for myself soon.

I applied for my card on september 24th and recieved it in the mail on september 30th. yes the fees are high as is the apr but to rebuild damaged credit it sure beats having a debit card that charges for every purchase and does nothing for your credit

That's true. I have the card also, the fees are high, but I can not complain because it does clearly state in the application the fees etc....But when you are trying to rebuild credit and trying to get a cc you can't pick and choose from too many options. I had to get a cc because I was tired of having to use my friend's to rent a car everytime I had to travel long distances to take my children to their specialits. (If I use my friend's cc I pay a higher rate because I have to be listed as a second driver)I've never had a cc this is my first one. So far so good, I haven't had any problems so far.

How long ago did you apply and get approved? It can take up to 3-4 weeks to get your card. Then you have to make your first payment/activation fee for it to be activated, and until then customer service will not have any info. on your account, like you never applied. And after your initial payment you won't be able to use it for 7 business days. This is what happened to me, I have it now and have had no problems with them.

I agree, I have this card and have never had any problems and just got an increase from them. My advice is to not max the card out and to make the payments on time or it is going to COST YOU BIG. Due to the high interest rate and the other fees that apply. But since we have damaged credit I don't think we can complain about the high percentage rate and fees if we want to repair the damage. Aspire is also a good card.

It took a bit, but eventually the automated line just asked for me SS# instead of the card# and I got through to a customer servie rep. There was no language barrier (person spoke English fine even with an accent) and he told me the website for cardholders is myimaginecard.com. According to the rep my card was mailed out October 20th and it was sent from Atlanta,GA. I'll give it about a week or two to get here. So far things are okay.
