It is Friday and soon I will be sitting in front of the tube clicking through 100 cable channels and not finding anything to watch but cooking shows and those rag shows like Extra! Who cares about Brittany and KFed. Rosie shut up and if I hear the term "baby bump" one more time I am going to throw up.
I did, however, start watching a show called "Cane" that is about a wealthy Cuban rum producing family in Florida starring Jimmy Smits who plays a convincing part as the adopted son who has been given control of the family business much to the distain of his step brothers. Being married to his step sister doesn't help either. It is really well done and has a great story line. So, like every other show my wife and I like, it will probably get cancelled. Anyone remember the "Wedding Bells?"
This is my segue into the Frog on Friday question. It is a two part question. What TV show do you really like to watch? Don't be embarrassed if it is Brady Bunch reruns or the return of Hee Haw. Also what show do you think they should bring back?

To get back to the original question, when I have time, I watch Boston Legal, the original BBC version of the Office, Dr Who (still on BBC America), Torchwood (BBC), Are you Smarter Than a Fifth Grader.

I still find Michelle Ryan of the new Bionic Woman freakish. To me that's not her voice, after watching her for so long on EastEnders. She's English, not some charater trained in an American accent, pretending to be from Iowa.

TV land is great especially for someone like me who grew up watching black and white. My Father and I watched Gunsmoke together every week when the shows were new episodes. Now I watch it on Saturday morning sometimes. Can you believe I saw Elvis' first appearance on the Ed Sullivan show and the Beatles several years later. I also love old reruns of The Twilight Zone on the Sci Fi channel.

Oh yeah, I remember it. One of my favorites is the one where Burgess merideth is the meek bank teller who just wants to read. Then comes an eartquake or something and he is left completely alone with a zillion books, but his glasses broke , and he can't read anything.
Oh Frog don't get me started.
