MInnesota doesn't have a long arm law, meaning that the state allows it's residents to take out loans from other state's, as long as the company is licened somewhere and needs to follow the laws of that state. Since none of your companies are going to be actually licensed out of MN, the laws posted above won't apply.
Of the companies you have borrowed from, I can tell you about a few of them.
Payday OK & Payday One - Licensed and lending under Deleware laws
Cash Net USA - Licensed and lending under Nevada Law
Cash Central - Licensed and lending under Utah Law
Loan Point USA - Licensed and lending under Utah Law
Fastwire - Licensed in many states, not sure which state they are using to lend in MN.
The others, Paycheck Today, Cash One, & my cash now, are not going to be licensed anywhere. They are not lending legally.

But - I also want to point out that Cash Net USA. Cash Central, & Fast Wire are all CFSA members.
This means that they must offer you an Extended Payment Plan. Since they are internet lenders you would need to ask about this at least a week before your loan is due. They would let you pay off the balance in 4 equal payments.

Thank you for getting back to me. So what am I supposed to do or what can I do about Paycheck Today, Cash One, & my cash now? I have talked to almost all of the people I have payday loans through and a few of them have worked something out with me. Others won't. The other problem is that obviously I will and want to pay back ALL of them but my checking account has been negative for I don't know how long. Right now it's like -$1500 because they won't let me close it until I make it current. I don't have $1500 to pay it current. So they all just putting them through, then they get returned. I can't even tell you how many overdraft fees I have. Also, even if I were to settle something with all of them, I would definitely need a while to do that. I haven't been able to make my car payment or pay my other loans. All of my money has gone to my payday loans.
Thank you so much for your help.

If you've paid more in fees then you borrowed to the illegal companies, I wouldn't pay them a cent more.
Problem is they will keep hitting your account. The bank will eventually close the account after about 30 days of it being in the red. But then you owe the bank too!
You need to send letter revoking authorization to debit your account asap. Then take these to the bank. At least they may be able to stop any further transactions and stop it from going further in the red. Red the sticky about banking accounts. It will give you some more info about things the bank can do.

So I have another question please. I found on here about Langhorne and called them. You have to, of course, give them money ahead of time. I just want to make sure that they aren't going to screw me over before I give it to them. Have you heard about them screwing anyone over?

Langhorn used to be an attorney for payday loan businesses. He knows exactly how to make these places cave in.

Sort of confused. So if a payday loan is licensed in another state, then it's legal in Minnesota? I currently have Ameriloan (455), Unitedcash (585), Paydayone (506) and Zip19 479.92).
After every paycheck having no money-I resorted to a debt relief program. I realize I'll be paying alittle more in fees, but after months of this headache, worth it to me. Besides may be able to get out of it sooner, cuz I'll actually be able to budget my money and maybe make double payments. I have learned my leason. So done with these clowns!

Three of those are illegal. Ameriloan, United and Zip.
Zip is not even in the US.

Ugh! That's stupidity on my part. Maybe that's why they are the only ones calling me. Like I said I will be done with these guys. The extra fees are worth it to me to be with this program.
