I am getting real damn pissy with these topics on sifxpert in the debt cons/sett board.We give them a free place to discuss their issues and get shat on in return.They have the gall to legally threaten us for the postings here & I see no valid cause of action. I apologize in advance if my post here or there offend anyone,but a man can only take so much & I am damn mad when people do this to our forum. I think I see, so we are being threatened with a slander suit for comments made on the site. There is a disclaimer that states that it is a public forum and that the opinions posted here do no necessarily reflect those of debtconsolidationcare.com or Internext Technologies Inc. I remember reading it somewhere. If I am correct so far here then they have no cause of action, period.

Refer to the topic in pub regarding companies that have tried to sue us before. We do not bend to a company when all we do is host a board for people to place their post on.There is no way in hell I see a valid cause of action for any of this crap. I have been threatened with suits numerous times here & yet I have not received any summons yet!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: The last one before this was Hess Kennedy and they seemed to forget about me when I told them I would gladly accept any valid service they would give me & would be sure to invite our members to the court house with media!! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Pick me! :lol: Actually, I sometimes feel that the sifxpert topics are getting a little ridiculous, half the time I'm not sure if it's just someone trying to stir the pot, or a valid complaint. It's sometimes hard to figure out whether to leave the posts, or trash them. Especially the ones that posts alleged articles with no verification of where the info was obtained.

Maybe it would be a good idea to reprint the TOS regarding how DCC is not liable for any of these comments? We as moderators can only delete what is obscene or offensive--but if somebody presents their opinion, be it negative , I don't know if there is a lot that can be done. Just my 2 cents...

Hi,

I have seen the threads related to Sifexpert. These threads mainly consist of posts made by the guests.

Our forum is an Open platform and according to its Terms&Conditions the author of the post is solely responsible for it and not Debtcc or the parent company InterNext Technologies INC.

We can't restrict anybody from airing his/her view, until and unless it violates our Forum Rules & Guidelines.

At the same time, we can't also move these threads, related to Sifexpert to other forums because "debt consolidation, Management and Settlement" is the most relevant one. We can????????t also shift it to Pub section because "Pub, feedback and announcements" only deals with those issues which are not related to Debt.

Thanks for reading my vent here Jason.We have done nothing about the topics except to monitor the topics.I tend to get mad when people want to threaten our board who has done nothing wrong. It seems once I tell whatever person who makes the threats of my willingness to go to trial,they disappear. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
