I currently have 4 outstanding payday loans and 1 installment loan. They are like an addiction I swear. It's like as soon as you have it almost paid of they offer you an increase and your sucked right back into the vortex. Can anyone help me escape this madeness? ? I currently owe the following to the following creditors:

Cash Net USA $625.00
Pay Day Select $615.00
my cash now $220.00
United Cash Loans $195.00 (The worst of the worst)
Bank Of Delaware (Check N Go) $1100.00

Please send any advice you can I don't have a clue what to do at this point.

You have come to the right place. But could you give us a little info first.

What state are you in? How much did you borrow and how much have you paid back? I am thinking that these are all internet loans? Not to sure of the check n go one, they have both internet and storefront. Have you checked the payday loan laws for the state you live in?

As soon as we get this info we can help you much more. But for now just remember you are not alone in the payday loan trap. There are MANY of us who have been there and are still trying to get out.

I reside in Pennsylvania. I borrowed the following :

PayDaySelect $500 paid back roughly $7 or 800.
CashNetUSA $500 paid back $800
MyCash Now $330 paid back $600
Bank Of Delaware $1025 paid back $880
United Cash Loans $150 paid back $45 (cant get ahold of them to pay in full was only allowed to refinance this loan).

Currently PA law states that you can only charge $9.50 for every $100 borrowed and that the maximum any small loan lender can charge is 24%. That's what I've read since I signed up on this site.
