I am in receipt of your notice with regard to the Charter One Bank ACcount #08152242802, Claim #6054686,
in the amount of $1,359.10. I recently wrote to Charter One Bank in Oaks PA, stating a problem I have with this account. I question the original amount withdrawn, wihtout my authorization. Where did the original debit come from? This has now caused overdrafts, and additional NSF charges and sustained overdraft fees. I am interested in straightening this matter out before losing the account, if possible. And I am trying to prevent being reported to Chex Systems which would hurt my credit history. I have asked the Charter One Bank office to clarify the items on the account balance from the May statement. My main concern, as stated to Charter One, is that people had access to my account without authorization, creating the problem on the account.

i called OXFORD MANAGEMENT SERVICES about a debt that i owe to them but they keep telling me they dont have the account.but its showing up on my crdit report. they gave me a number to call it was telecheck but they say they have no record of the account. i dont know what to do now, cuz i really want to pay this debt.

need to speak with someone regarding above situation.
had several mishaps occurred since Oct,04 which kept me from payment's etc. Please feel free to call me would like to make some arragement.
