To anyone who is interested you can settle these paydays loans on your own without Langhorne, Town and Country,PDL or any other consolidation places out there. All my loans were from the internet and all were for $500 or more. They included:

First open up a new checking account and then the Monday prior to ACH transactions make sure you go into your bank and close the checking account the ach transfers are coming out of.

Make sure you tell the representative closing your account to put up an ACH block on all ACH transactions that are attempted on your account This is important so you wont build up additional bank return fees on your closed account.

On Friday these PDL's will attempt to collect but their ACH's will return because your account is now closed. Come Mon or Tues they will start to call you and don't blow them off. Call them back and make deals with them. I found that all of them except 500 fast cash and paychecktoday were more then happy to cut a deal with you. Doing this will stop the reoccurring finance charges that kill you.

For example I made a deal to with Ameriloan of 6 payments for $120. These companies will also give you the option of making a one time reduced payment.

Also all of these companies will give you extra time to make your first payment. EX: If you are paid bi weekly and your next payday and ACH PDL day is Feb. 13th. close that checking account now. Feb 13 they will attempt ACH debits. They will start calling you on Feb. 16-17 but they wont request your first payment until your next payday of Feb 27 so use the money you saved from your Feb 13 payday to your advantage. Also since this is tax season use that money too to finally pay these off and get oput of this crazy PDL cycle.

Using consolidation companies is a waste of money for PDL's because they are trying to cut deals with these PDL loan companies and make a profit doing it when you can do it yourself.

I'm writing this because I was in payday hell for 4 years. A vicious circle to nowhere and last month a found this help site and did some research. One month ago I had 12 payday loans that kept circling round and round to nowhere. In one month I made deals with all of them. I have paid off in full 6 of them and made reasonable deals with the other six. If I could help just one person who reads this that would make me very happy.

And don't you know after paying off one of the PDL's in full I got a phone call and an email asking if I wished to reactivate my account. The answer was HELL NO! Crazy that they even asked.
