please help me on payday loans

Hi, welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place. Please tell us How much each loan was for and from which lender. Also how much you have paid each one so far and the State that you live in. That way we can help you determine what you legally owe. Also you must close that account immediately.

Have the bank put it on deposit only status. Go to the manager and explain that these are unauthorized withdrawals. They did that for me when mine was negative. That way the ACH withdrawals will be returned and you won't get charged.
Remember that you will be in control once you give us the info. You can expect all kinds of hollow threats of things that they can't do just to intimidate you. But you must gain control. If you haven't gotten your payroll to issue a "live" check you must do so immediately also. I can feel the hoplessness in your few words but it is not hopeless. We can help you.

You need to stop your direct deposit to get control of your paycheck back. You then need to go to another bank ASAP before it is too late to open another account. Once you have been overdrawn for an amount of time (Some banks it is 30 days), they automaticaly close the account, after charging you a fee each day you are overdrawn. Then you would need to reach a repayment agreement with the bank in which you are overdrawn. That unfortunately, seems to be the only way to take back control of your situation and start receiving your paycheck again, you may temporarily need to have a paper check, I know my employer requires direct deposit, but gave me a paper check until I gave them my new banking information.

Please do not feel depressed. You have to realize that once they can't get your money you have control. You must go to your bank branch manager. Like I explained in my reply to your PM, there are dozens of people here who have been there including myself. We know the dispair that you feel but we have also been victorious over the same situation. Please just follow all the instructions you get here and we will get you through easier than you think. I will promise you that! The people here are wonderful and caring and also very tough at the same time.

But each time an attempt is made, you better bet your bank is going to charge you a NSF fee. You need to meet with them and explain the situation. In the mean time go somewhere else to get a bank account while you still can, like I said, after so long, your bank will close the account after it has been in the negative for so many days, all the while charging you a daily fee for being overdrawn. Then you negotiate a repayment plan with your old bank and stick to it.

Your first step Colleen has to be to talk to your bank and close your account.Immediately go to another bank and open an account and never give that info to anyone.

Now...are all your loans internet based payday loans or store front? We need to know that to tell you what to do. Also make a list of each loan...how much it was for and how much you have paid so far. We also need to know what state you are in. Once you have all of that we can better tell you how to procede. All of us here have pretty much been in the same boat. I just did these exact same things May 17th. I have been reading here since early June and it has changed my life.
