My response...

Ok, where do I send the principle payment (only) via cashiers check marked paid in full?

They keep calling about every half hour or so..., not sure if I can do anything about that...

if you can refresh my memory.how much was borrowed, and how much debited by ameriloan again?btw they did that same BS at the begining with me too,and they owed me 150.00.so if you haven't filed AG complaints do so.just know they will act like this because they think they can,but just don't talk to them.that is what they want.file the complaint and send them an original letter stating your case.use the email address contained in their email.let them know you are aware of their illegality.

$300 borrowed, $120 paid back. I told them I would only pay the $180 owed.

Ive sent my ACH revocation letters 3 times now, (once when they called and attached it again with the last response email Ive sent)

They just called my cell, and my desk phone... (Not leaving msgs anymore though, hmmm...)

I was wondering about the complaint, really the only issue I have now is that they are illegal, I do owe them money still and said I would pay it... I suppose I dont know what to include in a complaint, because they havent over charged me (yet)

here is how your AG can help.they can help you get an alternate method to pay and get ameriloan to admit you only owe 180.00.not the ungodly amount they will claim you owe.just keep ignoring the calls.you owe them 180.00 and that's it.don't let them think otherwise.
