ok the 2 legal lenders both internet defaulted on Friday and needless to say have already started to hound me. I am insisting on USPS moneyorders they want cc or debit card or moneygram. Also got a notice to validate in writing within 30 days. How much leeway do I have on both of these and I can't do epp because I had one already. Please help me.

I have dealt with Cashnetusa and they were very hard to deal with. They called me constantly and continued to try and debit my account after several notices of revoking thier authorization. Their comment to me was they had the right to make a debit as long as I still owed them. They called me at work, home and my cell phone allday everyday. It took two proposals from my Debt management company at the time for them to agree to a payment arrangement. I think they finally agreed to $105 a month on a $798 balance. They even reported on my credit report which ticked me off.

You received a letter of collection from the original creditors? Are you certain it wasn't from a collection agency? The reason I ask is the FDCPA doesn't apply to the original creditor, only a third party collector.
