I just filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and according to them they are not in business anymore in NN. Is that where they are working out of?

In addition I want to add that according to BBB, Cash Advance Network has an unsatisfactory rating.

I emailed the "customercare@cashadvancenetwork.com"
It took about 4 emails but I got a response. At first they were going to just take off the finance charges if I paid the balance in full. I told them that I actually only owed 5 still and that I was will to send them that. He said it wasn't worth their time to dispute what I read ( Michigan Law) they would write the balance off and close my account.

Once I actually got someone it only took two emails maybe a total of 10 minutes before they agreed to write it off

Its best to remain positive. I should look at what I have accomplished in such a short period of time. I defaulted on 10/17 and have settled with ameriloan, Ashland Funding, Loanshoponline, Cashnet USA and I have an EPP set up with CashCentral. I am current on my storefronts (5) until I can get the internet ones finished. By the end of December I will be finished with all internet pdl's. My New Years Resolution is to payoff one store front at at time, and be pdl free by Spring.

The two internet loans I am having problems with are both from MTE Services, Inc. (Cash Advance Network and Paychecktoday.com) they turned me over to Arm of Florida. SGQ Ltd turned me over to AIS but their legal department sent me an email that they will mark my account cease and desist. (I over paid this one)

So I guess it is all coming together, I just wish it was faster.

applied and no one contacted me I printered out the agreement appl they said i could get 300 and owe them 390 i hope that they are not fraud because they have my information

So i am not the only one with this mess. I owe them a payment, they send me one email over the weekend, the email said to call them within 2 business days or my account will be send to ARM, i called them today and the guy just hung up on me, he said your account is with ARM call them.......

I am trying to file a complaint with BBB but no luck, can anyone help me out, i am willing to report "HIM" right away. I think is a one man show by the way, this one person "mark Hodge" running the show.
