Has anyone had any dealings with the Loan Shop Online? I received a letter from them and at the bottom of the letter it also has the name LTS Management Services. I borrowed $300 and paid them so far $720. I am from Florida.
I think just about ALL of the
PDL's are that way....if you don't pay the entire balance on your next
pay, they take a fee. Of course, the fee doesn't come off your loan
balance.
i have received the email you
sent to me at removed for your
protection@gmail.com and completed the information that was
needed to be done. 10/24/2008. i have selected the pay off option that
will satisfy the both of us, thank you.

Same here-I borrowed $300.00
back in July 2008 and so far have paid them $900 in what they call
"rollover fees"
Their legal name is LTS Management.
I ended up changing my telephone number to get them from calling me.
Unfortunately, they still have my work number so I have it set to
answeer but not ring.

They know that they are
illegal at least for loan in Arizona. Just stick to your guns! They
can threaten all they want! They are just that - THREATS! I'm sure the
Attorney General in Arizona would love to get involved in a
lawsuit!
I found this company very easy
to work with and had no trouble receiving a PIF after sending them a
money gram for $30. Just pay them the principal and they will leave you
alone.
