Still waiting on UsFastCash and Star Advance. If UsFastCash takes my final $30, then I will be done with them as well, as far as I am concerned. They, however, may have a different take on the obligation. As for Star, I don't have a clue as to what has happened to them.

So did ameriloan and Payday max settle or mark your account PIF? I am currently having problems with them both. They'll keep sending me these email saying how much I owe but legally I don't owe them anything because I have paid them enough. They won't respond to my letters.

scooby. . .Ameriloan settled with me right after they got my BBB complaint. After I sent my C and D letter to Credit Protection Depot (after their first call) on both my cash now and Pay Day Max, they called me. They marked my My Cash Now account paid in full for the original loan amount ( which it was) and I agreed to pay the remaining balance on my Pay Day Max loan to pay it in full. All were settled at the amount of money they put in my account, nothing else. They wouldn't respond to my emails either but they eventually called me at home. I did give the details in my "got a call from the dreaded 1-866-645-1661 number" thread. Keep at them and good luck.

kash. . .I am assuming that you had dealings with Star Advance? If so, what kind of time frame did it take before you realized that they were probably just "going away"? I have sent email after email with absolutely no response at all. I did have an unfriendly discussion with them early on about "taking" payments twice a month, as opposed to once. After the third time they "took" my money, I closed my account. Sent them my C and D via the net, and I haven't heard from them since. I have been sending them the same email about twice a week and I even asked them for a mailing address to make payments, which is what they suggested prior to my closing my account. Zippo on that as well. Any input? Thanks a bunch.
