I want my money back!

I received $250 in my account on January 5. A day later, I was laid off. I continued to pay the $75 refinance charges because I thought I would of been employed soon enough to re-pay the $325 which reflected the loan plus the rrefinance charge. I continued to pay $75 every two weeks while I received unemployment until July 25. Because my paydays were no longer on Friday, I was penalized $34 for every overdraft. This ocuured 4 times.
I'm trying to work with HydraFund by having them to discontinue auto-drafting my account especially since I'm no longer collecting unemployment and have no steady income as of yet. They refused to stop and lowered my finance charge to $45 and the loan to $150.
I've been doing some research and learned of HydraFund being an illegal company located in New Zealand. I've only borrowed $250 and have paid $1050 to date plus the $136 in overdraft charges to my bank.
I paid a total of $1186.00! This is $936 over what I borrowed. Does anyone know how I can take care of this? Should I get a lawyer in Louisiana , ( my residence), or what?
