Help me get off this rollercoaster! I’m getting sick.

I am a single mom with 4 kids in Wisconsin. I tried to stay off this never ending cycle. But between desperation & a friend that insisted getting these loans was the only answer, here I am, right where I didn’t want to be. My entire check goes to all this. Now I am getting evicted from my apartment and struggling in every way imaginable. I don’t want to not make my payments because I don’t want my family harassed & I really don’ t need them calling my employer.
Has anybody worked with mypdlhelp.com? I filled out their form, but not sure I want to answer when they call.
Check into Cash {storefront} borrowed $1100 have paid $1430 on it, but most is interest. I’m not sure how much of it went to principle. Also this one is automatic with drawl of $143 from checking every 2 weeks and if I leave it alone will be paid off in 7 more months and a large amount of interest.
Check Advance {storefront} borrowed $700 every time I manage to pay it down I need to raise it back up again. Min payments are about $126 every 2 weeks. Payoff is $900
Check into Cash {storefront} borrowed $375 making minimum payments & keep having to roll it over. Must show payoff every 4th visit amount borrowed plus interest. Min payment of $77 every 2 weeks. Payoff is $475
EZ Money {storefront} borrowed $575 again making minimum payments & rolling over. Must show payoff every 5th visit amount borrowed plus interest. Min payments of $177 every 2 weeks. Payoff is $647
Plus, I am stuck in the DDA from WellsFargo. $300 advanced & $330 paid back every 2 weeks. I dread the day they say I can’t take another advance.
I did have a PayDayMax {internet} loan that I just paid off. The loan was for $390 and after all payments were made I ended up paying a total of $804.84! That’s 414.84 in fees & finance charges.

I just got my check stub in the mail & there is no way that I am going to have enough money to go around to all these pdl places. Plus, EZ money wants me to show payoff today. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't find a place to live or feed my children when all my money goes to these places. I am losing everything! There isn't much more of this that I can take. Constant headaches, sick to my stomach & depression, I am a mess!
I did do some checking to see if Payday Max is licensed in WI and can't find them. Do they go by a different name or are they really illegal here?
Any suggestions? somebody, anybody?
Have you considered filing for Chapter 128? I'm sure so

From what I've read here, Paydaymax is not legal anywhere. However, store fronts usually are operating legally. I'm not sure about your state, but in some states, if the store front is a member of the CFSA, then they have to give you the EPP (extended payment plan) if you go in and ask for it at least one day before your due date. That would mean that they would break your balance down into four payments and the interest and fees would stop. Maybe someone else will come along who knows whether you can do that in Wisconsin.
As Guest said, in Wisconsin, you can consider filing Chapter 128. You can read more info. about that in this thread:

I have lived here all my life & have never heard of Chapter 128. That sounds like the way I should go. Does anybody have any suggestions as to an attorney to go through? My pdl payments are all due tomorrow ($854). I wonder if I can hold them off until next week while I contact an attorney.
Does anybody know if there is there a way that I can get my money back from Payday Max? That $800 sure would come in handy.
Thank you all so much. There just might be light at the end of this very dark tunnel.

This is a lawyer refferal line in WI. They will help you get in contact with lawyers who work with what you are looking for. If you can't afford a lawyer, they have a program to apply for.
I don't know what part of WI you're in...but the bancruptcy lawyers on TV can be a good start too.
If you are able to, open a different checking account tomorrow and close the one you currently have, taking out all of your money.
It will buy you time until you can figure out how to get them off your back perminently.
Frankly, you need to think about those kids. They come first, the pdl's can be dealt with later.
I've lived in WI and had to close an account due to pdl's. The store front ones are pretty easy to deal with.....but before you talk to them....call a lawyer.
I contacted a lawyer and have the ball rolling for Chapter 128.
I contacted a lawyer and have the ball rolling for Chapter 128. Before I gave him money I made sure he was a member of the BBB & has a satisfactory rating.
While I am out gathering my account information, I will be making a stop at the bank to get my account closed. I think I will be opening an account at a different bank so I am not tempted by the DDA option again. That is as difficult to get out of as the pdl.
When I took out my 1st pdl it was to help pay the rent while my now x fiance was looking for a job. I thought I would be able to get it paid off, but ended up trapped in the cycle. Dealing with my mistake is what brought me to this website.
Thank you everybody for your advice! I will keep you posted with my progress.
