while i don't condone ignoring an illegal lender if there still is money owed as this forum always advocates paying the principle.even our IL AG agrees with that,but being as cashcall is illegal and the OP only owes the principle.i have two questions.
1)how much was borrowed
2)how much was debited thus far
please provide the info reqested.btw again nobody here is gonna condone just not paying a loan illegal or not.if you do owe something pay it on your terms,not theirs.close your account if you haven't and open a new one.then again pay them on your terms.
