How do I find out if my lenders are legal or illegal? Is there a website I can go to?
They are paydaywiz, integrity advance and EastSideLenders.

Thanks!

No Internet payday lenders are legal in Pa. I happen to know that Eastside Lenders are ONLY licensed in Delaware. But that doesn't affect you, they will try to tell you that you must adhere to the Delaware law, but that simply is not true. You reside in Pa. and those are the laws that prevail. Thank you so much!!!! This place is a big help! I am going to the bank to close my account tomorrow. I spoke with them on the phone and they cannot stop the ach transactions and they do not allow it to reopen a closed account. They said the only way to stop this is to close down the account so I plan to do that. So I guess the next step would be to send letters after the account is closed!
Yes, all were done over the internet.

I would do it now, you may as well cover all your bases.

I spoke again to my bank today because I can't get my check until tomorrow and I need to clear up my account before I can close. I decided not t try the main customer service area, I went to the fraud and abuse department directly. They stopped all ach transactions for me with no charge and I am get there asap in the morning to close the account and open a new one with them. They were actually pretty understanding with this whole thing. I was a nervous wreck when I found out my check would not be ready until tomorrow but feel s much better.
I sat down last night and I paid over double on all 3 of these loans! I can't imagine how it would be for people that have even more!!!! It is a horrible cycle! Payday wiz apparently doesn't start applying anything to the principle after a certain amount of time. They will charge you a service fee forever if you let them!!!!
I am sure it could get rough with them calling and harassing me but at least I can sleep at night knowing I can now finally be free of this mess! I will never, ever get another loan again!!!

I know it's a pain in the a** but you really should send a copy the the original revocation you sent to each lender.

OMG. I just saw this. I was stupid enough to get a payday loan from Paydaywiz back in Sept. ($400) and I have already paid out over 1,000 without even putting a dent in what I owe them. In fact, as of yesterday, I still owe them $455.00. This is a nightmare. Thankfully, this is the only one I have. Now I have to get to my bank and close out my acct. What a bloddy nightmare.
