My never ending loans....

So,I currently have 5 PDL's that I am trying to deal with. I paid off one a few weeks ago, waited the 3 days and got a new one. My fiance lost his job in April and has had a hard time finding employment that pays decent, and unemployment barely covers anything. I just kept getting the loans to help us and, out realized that I was getting loans to pay the loans I have! I can't even pay my necessities: rent, utilities, car payment, food...you get the point. I live in North Carolina and have the following Internet PDL's:

MyCashNow.com paid 329 (borrowed $380.00)
OneClickCash.com paid 410 (borrowed $300.00)
National-paydayloan.com just renewed- paid 90 in finance fees
magnum installment; paid 252; still owe 252
mynextdaycash.com (I have been paying on this one since May and JUST found out it has only been finance fees...no principle!) paid 540 in finance charges; 0 on priciple (borrowed $300.00)

I want to pay them off, and get back on track, but I also don't want to be screwed around with the finance charges.

I'm really concerned that I will take the advice: close my bank account, submit the ACH revokation letters, etc...and then they will call my place of employment and harass me. I don't need to lose my job because of them.

I feel like such a fool. I have so much credit card debt because of what I allowed when married to my ex-husband, and now I'm doing this...

Any help? Words of advice? I'm pretty sure these are illegal in NC....right? I just want to get my ducks in a row before I go forward with this.


yes pdl's are prohibited in NC.it looks like you either owe nothing or have overpaid on all of these.the sticky at the top of this forum will guide you every step on dealing with these places.do not hesitate to ask any further questions.

there you go.the top sticky will show you how to deal with all of your illegal pdl's.you should demand a refund on that one JMO.
