I am drowning in payday loan debt in Missouri.
Right now I have

Ace Cash Express (storefront)- borrowed 500/ pd 115
Advance America (storefront)- borrowed 500/ pd 125
Quik Cash (storefront)-borrowed 500/ pd 125
CashNetUSA (internet)- borrowed 500/pd 143 (requested EPP)
Check N Go (internet)-borrowed 500/pd 140 (requested EPP)
Purpose Cash (internet)-borrowed 480/pd 0 (won't do EPP)
Check into Cash (internet) borrowed 300/ pd 0
LoanShack (internet)-borrowed 250/pd 0

I believe that the storefronts will do EPPs, my problem is that all of the EPPs will match up with my paydays and I won't have any money left after making payments. Any suggestions? I know Missouri has pretty lax laws on PDLs

Thier laws are not really that lax. Make sure that you do not close your account since you are in MO. While 99.9% of the time the companies will not do anything, it is illegal. From looking at your list, there are 2 that I am not sure if they are legal or not. The other 6 are definately legal and you need to contact tham to make arrangements. I would suggest that you contact a credit counselor in your area. They are listed under Consumer Credit Counseling or CCCS. You may also have Catholic Charities that can help in your area. Unless your other debts make it an option for BK, DO NOT pay for a service to handle your debts.

If you are going to try to work directly with the PDL's, I would call the Corp Office and try not to speak to Collections.

I looked on the Missouri Division of Finance's website and it seems like they're all licensed to do business in Missouri. I think the only one that is not going to do an EPP is Purpose Advance, who says they are not a member of the CFSA.
I am going to attempt to work with them all myself, I just CANNOT have harrassing phone calls at work, but it's my own fault for getting myself into this mess to begin with.
