SO if an Internet PDL is not listed on the Licensed lenders list this should mean that they are lending illegally in MO. Right? SO does this mean that the contract is Null and Void? Also, alot of IPDL's seem to have numerous names. Do I need to search the licensed Lenders list with this in mind? And how do I know what their aliases are?

Sorry for all of the questions at once but they all hit me at the same time! :D

They are definitely PDL's.

Wow, It hurts to type this! I am an idiot! My wife and I fell on hard times about a year ago and had to depend on these damn things in order to survive. Now they are the things that are keeping us from moving forward now that things are trying to settle down. I'll post the exact numbers hopefully tomorrow. I am still waiting for a list from the wife so I can go online and check balances, payments, etc.

Missouri requires payday lenders to be licensed in your state and the only one I can see which might be is CAshNetUSA. They have been known to appear as a payday loan but is actually loaning as an installment lender. You could call your DFI to make 100% sure. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
