Has anyone used them before? Are they a reputable company? Is it as easy as they say to get a cash advance loan?

Chan - welcome to the forums!

You won't find anyone here who will recommend ANY payday lender as "reputable". They charge outrageous interest rates, and many are actually operating illegally.

Let me ask you a question - what happens if you take out a payday loan - say for $400 (which is close to the whole amount of your take-home pay on your next paycheck) - and before your next paycheck, you have a large expense come up. A forgotten bill, a car repair, vet bill or illness that requires medical care and expensive prescriptions? Those bills won't wait - they have to be paid right away. So what happens? You end up defaulting on the payday loan because you don't have the money to pay it - or worse yet - you end up taking out ANOTHER payday loan to pay the unexpected expenses, and then having TWO payday loans to pay back on payday.

Sorry for the long story - but you need to be completely aware of what you are getting into when you take out payday loans. They are a never ending cycle of lending and paying back - it will end up eating up your entire paycheck every payday and you'll have nothing left for your normal expenses.

If possible, try to borrow from a friend or family member if you can - they'll be much easier to deal with in the long run!

don't get a payday loan!

borrow from a friend
do without
eat raman noodles until you get paid again
sell soemthing on ebay

just don't get a payday loan.

More often than not, you'll end up having to get another one and another and another.

What ever you do, do not get a payday loan!!! You will find yourself in a vicious circle that is hard to get out of. These people will bleed you dry and still say you owe them more money. What these places have to offer sound good, but once they are able to access your account, it is hard to get them to leave it alone. Stay away from these places. they are really bad news and could make your situation even worse. They did mine and it has taken a long time to try to get things back on track.

Payday loans are bad news. my cash now is
horrible. I asked them to pay the loan off
and they didn't. They only extended it. I
didn't catch it for about four days. I called MCN
up and they wanted to still charge me an
additional four days of interest to pay it off.
They forced me to pay the interest, so after
it was deducted, I contacted my bank to dispute
it. The bank recovered the money for the four
days of interest, but now their collection
people, Credit Protection Depot, are harrassing
me on my cell and at work and sending me
threatoning emails. Now all of a sudden, the
$35.64 I recovered, has turned into $60.64 that
they say I owe them through Western Union. I
filed a report with the Office of the Attorney
General in my state, but what a mess! Payday
loans are a vicious cycle of high interest and
never being able to fully pay them back.
