I have sent the letter revolking the ACH and wage assignment. I have also stated I want the amount overpaid on loan 1 applied to the balance of loan 2. That would leave a small overpayment that I willnot request back if marked paid in full. I got an email stating they will settle for $550.90, which is the loan amout and fee minus what I paid on this loan. I was advised if I don't make arrangements in 3 days, this will be sent to a collection agency. Has anyone had this happen to them with my cash now?

What state are you in? Yes, there are many members who have had this happen. The collection agency they are probably referring to is the employee in the next booth from the one who sent you the email. I don't know, just a guess. Anyway, if you have already overpaid this loan and they are stating you still owe the amount you borrowed and then some, they are most likely not licensed in your state, as a legal lender would follow the state laws regarding payday loans, however, I won't know this until you let us know what state you are in.

I have a payday loan with my cash now. I paid on the account and then my account was closed. i received a call from srs and associates stating that their was a claim against me if i didn't pay them back right away. i paid $110 to them and i was trying to make other arrangements, but this nicole williams wouldn't let me. When i asked if i could speak to someone else that handles this matter, she said there was no one else and she needed my payment to get me a case number. i'm scared and i don't know what to do. How do i get them to stop calling me at work?

Don't worry... they are probably illegal and scamming you into getting a payment out of you. Contact your state attorney general and tell them of the harassment. Tell "Nicole Williams" that if she calls you again you have logged all of her calls and you will report her to the state regulator. Tell her to send you something in write, certified mail, that you owe this money or to set up a REASONABLE monthly payment plan or she will never hear from you again.
