Loan

I have a loan with the loan shop online. The loan was for 300.00 with a fee of 90.00. So the full amount of the loan was for 390.00. I decided to pay the 90.00 fee first not understanding that any money taken out of my account after that did not go towards the loan. They have taken 90.00 every two weeks out of my bank account for the past four weeks. I just got information from them saying my account is not paid in full and that I still owe 390.00. The customer service person I spoke with said that it was not their responsibility to get in contact with me about the loan, and then told me that a form was sent to my email address about making a payment everytime one was coming up due. I never recieved these email. I live in North Carolina, I have paid this loan in full and i'm wondering if i have to pay another 390.00 to this company. Instead of contacting me at my home or work number which they had both of they continued to take the 90.00 out of my bank account every two weeks. Do i still owe them money? A payment is to come out on Friday, Feburary 11, 2011. What should i do?
