I have two payday loans out that i have been extending and extending... My paycheck keeps shrinking. I was considering using pdl assistance but i couldn't find any info on them in the BBB. Has anyone here tried either them of longhorn...

Did you file on line? Go ahead and file again. This time, use the complaint as a complaint against "services" (or whatever they call it). Then just put the facts straight out there. Say this is an unlicensed/illegal company who is debiting your bank account, etc.... Give them the dollar amounts, etc..... That's what I did. I just complained about the fact that they were illegal; however, they were debiting my bank account, blah, blah, blah. Try that, okay? Hell, I filed again if I got a stupid response! :wink:
