Payday one borrowed $500 paid Not sure
EZPayday cash borrowed $350 paid $490
Cashadvance network borrowed $400 paid $120
First American Credit borrowed $1200 paid $200
My husband has these:
Eastside lenders borrowed $500 paid $0
Payday one borrowed $750 paid $390
Advance America borrowed $400 paid $200
Any advice on dealing with these would be greatly appreciated.

Advance America (store front?) and Payday One are definitely legal, I am not certain about First American Credit, they may very well be legal also, but the rest of your are NOT legal. Are any of these lenders store front?
