I am not a bad high credit risk. i have a good job and makes $2000.00 a month net. i have a $500.00 car payment and i pay $500.00 for the rent. $400.00 to credit card debt consolidation payment. and then i have $600.00 left to pay off my payday loan. my wife has a job and she picks up all other expenses. is anyone out there to help me legally because i am very serious to pay off my payday loan. i owe around $2000.00 to payday outfits. please advise. thanx fred.

HERE'S A DEAL.....I WENT TO CHECK CITY AGAIN AND THIS TIME I TALKED TO THE MANAGER DIRECT AND SHE WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AND CONCERN AND WAS READY TO HELP ME. MY LOAN PAYMENT IS DUE ON 21st. OF JULY AND SHE TOLD ME TO COME ON SUNDAY BEFORE CLOSING TO SIGN UP A DIFFERENT CONTRACT TO MAKE 4 EQUAL PAYMENTS SARTING NOT THIS BUT NEXT PAYDAY.

THEN I WENT TO RAPID CASH AND I TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER AND HE WAS WILLING TO ACCEPT THE 4 EQUAL PAYMENTS BUT HE WANTED PAYMENT TO START THIS PAYDAY WHICH I REFUSED. THEN HE TOLD ME TO COME ON SUNDAY BECAUSE MY PAYMENT DATE IS ON 21st. OF JULY....HE WILL CHECK WITH HIS SUPERIORS AND THEN HE WILL LET ME KNOW THE OUT COME.

THEN THE LAST PLACE I WENT TO WAS CASH-1 AND I TALKED DIRECT TO THE STORE MANAGER.....THEY GAVE ME A RIDICOLUS SENARIO ON THIS TOPIC. THEY WERE WILLING TO ACCEPT 4 EQUAL PAYMENTS FROM ME BUT NOT TILL MY CHECK GOES TO THE BANK FIRST AND THEN IT COMES BACK AS NSF AND NOT TILL THEY HIT ME WITH $25.00 NSF FEE AND NOT TILL MY BANK CHARGE ME $27.00 NSF FEE. THEY GAVE ME A REASON...ARE YOU READY FOR THIS....ACCORDING TO THE STORE MANAGER " WHY I SHOULD WORK WITH YOU WHEN YOU ARE MAKING ALL TIMELY PAYMENTS ON TIME IN THE PAST....WE WORK WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING HARD TIME PAYING THIS PAYDAY LOANS" HAHAHAHA
I GOT THEIR NAME AND TOLD HER LEMME SLEEP ON IT AND I WILL LET HER KNOW.
FOR SHIT AND GIGGLES I TOOK MY SPY AUDIO TAPE RECORDER WITH ME TO RECORD ALL 3 LENDERS.
I AM WAITING FOR YOUR VERY VERY VALUABLE INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHAT STEP I SHOULD TAKE NEXT.

FYI I AM VERY SERIOUS TO PAY OFF MY PAYDAY LOANS AND NEVER TO BORROW AGAIN SO THAT I CAN SLEEP BETTER IN THE NIGHT.

THANKS.

FRED

Now Fred, not to make light of your situation, cuz Lord knows there is nothing funny about these slugs, but what the heck does. . . . FOR SHIT AND GIGGLES . . . mean? That's a new one on me and I thought I had heard them all! That was too funny! It does my heart good to see some humor in this, otherwise disasterous, situation. Seriously, pleae keep us posted on your progress.

WELL "CHECK CITY" AND "RAPID CASH" BOTH GAVE ME EPP ie. EXTENDED PAYMENT PLANS WITH OUT ANY RESISTANCE. THERE IS A UPHILL BATTLE COMING WITH CASH 1 PAYDAY LENDER WHO ARE STICKING WITH THEIR GAME PLAN AND THAT IS LET THE CHECK GO TO THE BANK AND LET IT COME BACK BEFOR THEY CAN OFFER ME 4 EQUAL PAYMENT PLAN.
ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE AS TO "HOW TO TACKLE THIS ONE". ANY ADVISE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED. THIS PAYDAY LOAN PAYMENT IS DUE BY 6.00 PM 7-22-08.
THANX
FRED

If they are CFSA members, the PDL knows good and well a customer needs to envoke the EPP before loan default. I am sure you are not the first customer who has defaulted on a loan or even entered an EPP. If the loan is in default status, a full payment will be required. If they are saying you need to envoke EPP after loan default that is against CFSA policy. I would bring a printout of the CFSA policy to PDL location and show them. Who's to say they won't change their minds after you have defaulted  That is bad business to me, and a little risky :( Godd Luck! I will post CFSA EPP link so you can read it.
