Hello,
Can someone please tell me the worst that can happen to you if you are with a debt consolidation company and are trying to pay off debts owed, and pay day loan companies won't except the amount offered and you cannot pay the amounts they are requesting of you each month? I am $9200 in debt, recently lost my significant other and am now the sole income just barely getting by between rent and utilities, what I have left I am paying to the debt consolidation company, however there are atleast 4 of 7 pay day loans that will not except the amount offered them. I live in PA and do know PDL's are not legal here, however I am under the understanding the laws of the state the PDL company operates in are then enforced. I f you own nothing, have nothing are trying to settle with some amount what is the worst they can do to you? I know PA does not allow garnishment of wages, even so if they won't accept what you offer what is the worst that can happen?

(4) were taken out in Jan. 2008, (3) were in Feb. 2009, monies were paid on almost all, they have tacked on substanial interest. I also have (2) credit cards.
