I have three payday loans that I am having trouble staying on top of:

Cash Transfer Centers
my cash now
Cash Net USA

Does anyone know if these three accept payment plans? thanks

hello healthygal.first we need to know.

how much borrowed from each
how much debited from each include rollovers or supposed fees.

i do know that cashtransfercenters is totally illegal.so you only owe what you borrowed.they are not in this country.

cashnetusa is legal,so you will have to work something out with
them.don't know about the third one,but if you could provide the info requested we can find out about the third pdl and can help you here.

Thank you for your reply. Here is what I know:

Cash Transfer Centers
originally borrowed $650 (last borrow date 10/15)
payoff of $825.50
I pay off every two weeks and then get a new loan with them the next day

my cash now
originally borrowed $500 (borrow date 7/8/08)
Have been making small payments on the principal while paying extension fees ($200 in principal, 498.44 in fees so far)

Cash net USA
originally borrowed $425 (8/29/08 borrow date)
I am allowed 3 extensions (which I used without paying any principal) before having to pay off the loan (I believe my extension fee has been $106.95 each time)

I am just so devastated right now of how many mistakes I have made financially and how they are all catching up with me. I do not seem like the type of person on the outside that would have problems like this and I keep it all private because I am so embarrassed. I appreciate this website and the willingness of the members to help each other. :)

I think the best thing to do is let them "bounce"
Then call the company and make payment arrangements.
This will stop the interest, Which is so High!! and allow you to get them paid off.
You may want to cancel youe bank account or at least
put a stop pymt on those PDL. Good Luck!!!!!!

i would close the account and open a new one.stop payments won't work especially with CTC.cashnet should work with you as should my cashnow.CTC will be another story.once you close your account send a wage assignment revocation letter to your payroll person.they can and probably will try to push that through.wage assignments are voluntary and revocable.
