Sorry about the jumbled mess - I used cut and paste. Let me see if I can clear it up a bit.
BIG - I have had several loans - This account has been settled through PDL - The highest amount borrowed was $275.
Check City - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $500.
Cash Transfer Centers - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $400.
Cash Central - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. This account has been settled through PDL - the highest amount borrowed was $585.
My Cash Now - I have had 4 loans - The current balance is $400.
Cash Direct - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $244.
Paycheck Today - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $400.
Cash Net USA - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $450.
Payday One - I have had several loans - paid and re-loaned. The current balance is $450.
World Wide Cash - I have had one loan - The current balance is $200.
I believe that is all of them. Again, I have been working with PDL for over a year and they have only settled a couple of these. I'm paying them $316 a month. I'm only receiving phone calls from Payday One and Check City. Should I continue with PDL or try to resolve these on my own? Do I try to re-pay all of these? What do I do? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I am surprised that any of them settled at all, with the exception of CashNetUSA and PaydayOne, I believe those are the only legal ones you have but I need to do some research first. So I will return shortly.

Below are your payday loan laws,

Missouri requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed by your state, click the link below to see if any of yours are licensed,

The problem encountered when hiring a debt company to manage your payday loans is they will negotiate with illegal lenders and pay back more than you are required to by law, plus you are paying them for something you can do free. Also keep in mind that even though you and the debt company may think these debts are settled, in a year these illegal lenders may come back again and say you still owe them, because they didn't follow the law to begin with and most of them know they are untouchable by our law due to the fact that most of them are located overseas. Those are some of the reasons why you should take care of this yourself, you can do it a lot faster and a lot cheaper. I am going to give you a link on how to deal with illegal lenders, I hope it helps. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Thanks for the information. I believe what you are saying is to try and negotiate a settlement with payday one and cashnet usa myself - after I have sent all the lenders the "letter" from above. I probably need to call PDL Assistance and tell them I'm finished. Am I correct?

Actually, if you have already paid pdl assistance let them deal with the legal ones, unless you can get out of the contract without owing pdl assistance a lot of money, deal with the illegal ones yourself, there is no sense in paying these unlicensed lenders anymore than you are required by law to pay them.

I just got off the phone with PDL and I have $128 left to pay on their fees. I have 4 months of $316 to pay to complete the program (supposedly). I'm torn at what to do. According to my figures, I still owe PDL companies $3959. PDL Assistance has settled the other 3 loans at about 32%. It comes out pretty close to what I have left to pay on the program - if they can get it settled for the 32%.
I am so confused as far as what I should do.
Stick with it
I guess I stick with PDL Assistance for the next four months and see how it plays out.

Go get another loan on Prosper and you will be all set.
Settlements and Illegal lenders
In talking with PDL Assistance today, they are down to settling 3 accounts. They said Professional Debt Management is the CA for My Cash Now and they are offering to settle at 50%. I told PDL that My Cash Now is an illegal lender and I should have only had to pay back the principle loan amount, which I have done many times over. PDL told me that even though they were illegal, they had me because I had taken more than one payday loan - which is also illegal. So, she wasn't concerned with the payday company being illegal. I was so angry. I wish I would have settled all of these on my own (with this forums help). However, I didn't know about this forum when I started. It could have saved me a lot of money. I told her to hold out for a better settlement.
