I was stupid to accept a $300.00 payday loan through Spot Loan which turned out to be an arm of the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation, Box Elder, Montana (PO Box 140, Box Elder,
Montana 59521) telephone number to reach the PDL Center 44 is 1-866-824-0893, and I believe the call enter is located also on the reservation. When I received the loan, I never received any paperwork so I was in the dark as to what would happen--my own fault. The first payment of $90.00 was withdrawn from my bank account on 05/04/10 and the second $90.00 was withdrawn on 05/18/10. I called the 866-824-0893, and was answered fairly quickly--spoke to a young lady named Gabby. I stated my problem and was informed that the $90.00 was withdrawn because I did not call them and state I wanted the whole amount due ($300.00 plus $90.00 interest) paid in full. Same thing occurred on 05/18/10. So now I am out $180.00 plus I will have the loan amount paid in full on 06/04/10--learned quite an expensive lesson and in requesting the pay-in-full date I demanded that I be sent an e-mail confirming it. The purposely fail to deliver loan documents and make it difficult to contact them--I was only able to get a legitimate telephone number by using this web site. I have dealt with other online payday loan companies and this is the first time it has been such an obvious loan sharking deal--talk about getting even with the white man. Apparently they (The Cree Indians) have hooked up with some shamus who has devised the deal for them. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE AND ANYONE NOT TO ACCEPT ANY KIND OF LOAN ARRANGEMENT WITH THIS GROUP--YOU WILL GET STUNG JUST AS BADLY AS I HAVE BEEN--TALK ABOUT MAFIA LOAN SHARKS, THEY COULD TEACH THE MAFIA LESSONS IN USURY.

I have had Id Fraud and PDL is one of them - they somehow got my SS# and my bank and wrote that I owed them money - my bank did not ask me and preceeded to issue
Bank Drafts to them in payment to the tune of $90 a week $545.00 which surely if I took a $300 loan would more then paid that in full. I filed a complaint with the Federal
Trade Comission today and a year ago when this first reared up. Just FYI they will continue to try to collect via one agency if not a successful collection they will sell it to another - the only way to stop them is to contact the appropriate federal agency and make the reports. Inculde a letter to the Agency to Validate the Debt then you have 30 days to file a response

I took out a $300 loan. I was a little worried when they did not email me any loan documents. So, I couldn't find out what the terms of my loan were! They took $90 out of my account twice this month. Since I can't see the documents, I have no idea if this is reasonable, but it probably is what I agreed to do, even though it must have been buried in the fine print somewhere. I ended up on this site because of the "PDL Loan Center44" that popped up on the withdrawal. I called the -866-824-0893 number today. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. I told the nice lady that I wanted to pay the loan off in full. She told me that they could withdraw the remaining balance of $300 tomorrow, so I told her to do so. I gather that this is one of those loan types that is automatically renewed for a $90 fee for a LONG time before you even start to pay back the original loan. (Which would explain the experiences of some others) So, I'm glad that I was able to pay it off now. I'll be back if I have any problems, but so far, they seem like standard, if sharky, payday loan types!
