10 PDLs in Ca

Please post a list of the companies, how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back so far. Also list if they are storefront or internet loans. You really need to close your bank account., Before doing so though, please find out the bank's policies on letting debits go through closed accounts. If they say they allow this, have them put a hard hold on the account so nothing can go through. Then open a new account at an entirely different bank. What companies are you dealing with? How much did you borrow from each, and how much have you paid them so far?

I am also in California and can tell you from experience that ameriloan and Geneva Roth are not licensed--and since it looks to me like your PDL's are all internet, I would doubt that the rest of them are either. You can check this by going to the California Dept of Corporations website (there's a link off the main state government website) and following the prompts to verify their status.
California has also banned several of the most henious lenders from doing business, and I don't think that any of the ones you are dealing with are on that list, but check it out.
Now how much have you actually paid on each loan, fees and all? This will help determine what your next step should be.

Based on what you've listed here, you've already paid some of these loans back in full--and in some cases, you've way overpaid them. You need to tell these PDL's that you expect your accounts to be marked Paid in full, or else you will complain to the California Attorney General's office. The other ones you need to negotiate a payment plan you can live with--and we can help you with that.
